Exhibiting:

Base on our layout plan for the exhibition hall, spaces for the construction of stands will be allocated to interested companies according to indicated sizes. Our standard exhibition stand is 4m x 4m (16 sq meters). We have the capability of doing the construction and installation. Companies have the options of constructing their own stands.

Registration covers cost for attendance of conference, all sessions and exhibition, documentation, lunch (both days), AM/PM coffee/tea breaks (both days), network reception and gala (both days). It does not cover the cost of lodging (hotel accommodation) in the hotel.

Conference Language:

The conference language will be English. Interpreters will be provided for any presentation that would be delivered in French or Spanish, if need be.

VISAS

For those that may require visa to enter Nigeria, you must first submit your registration form or you may contact Nigeria Embassy closest to your city or country of residence and apply for Tourist Visa for Conference.
