"Ayn began her career in the  Western Canadian Sedimentary basin as a reservoir engineer.  Through various international projects, she developed cross-disciplinary expertise in asset management, reservoir and production simulation, and flow assurance.  She now works as the marketing manager for the Norwegian software company Resoptima who are using technology to change the way reservoir management is done.
